eDiscovery Special Master Services
Due to his expertise and experience, Timothy M. Opsitnick, Esq., JurInnov’s Senior Partner and General Counsel, has served as an e-discovery special master, technical expert or neutral. For example, Tim currently serves as a Technical Expert to the Special Masters and Judge in certain of the World Trade Center Disaster Litigation.
As complex litigation increasingly involves issues dealing with electronically stored information (ESI), judges are confronting technical and legal issues that require specialized expertise. A court may appoint a special master who can help facilitate, monitor or adjudicate e-discovery issues. This area is one of Tim Opsitnick’s specialties. As an E-Discovery Special Master, he can:
