Timothy Opsitnick
Senior Partner and General Counsel

In 2000, Tim Opsitnick was a well-established attorney at a large firm. His work brought him into contact with electronic data discovery and litigation management. As he worked with technology companies, he began to see a void. It seemed they didn’t speak the same language as the law firms they were helping. They were vendors, not partners. Tim saw an opportunity to start a company that would be a peer of law firms, but with all the technological expertise of a high-tech company. And JurInnov was born.

Eric Vanderburg
Director, Information Systems and Security

Like the different countries of the world, technology has many languages and unique qualities. Computers utilize diverse methods for communication, software applications are written in a variety of programming formats, and hardware installations must be compatible with existing systems. Eric Vanderburg understands the intricacies inherent in today’s technology and specializes in harnessing its potential and securing its weaknesses. He holds over twenty-five vendor certifications and has dedicated much of his career to designing and implementing systems to enhance security, increase productivity, improve communications and provide information assurance. Prior to joining JurInnov, Eric worked as a Security Architect, Network Administrator, Consultant, Teacher, and Engineer.

Janet Gosche
Director, Client Services

Define the strategy. Plan the work. Work the plan. Turning ideas into results is Janet Gosche’s forte. She honed her skills at Accenture, the global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company, where she spent over 20 years helping clients launch, operate and improve their business results. Janet’s role at JurInnov is to align strategy and operations to create and maintain an operational environment to best meet client business demands.

Paul Radey
Litigation Document Support Manager

Paul Radey sees himself as a bridge builder, someone who connects people to usable data. He designs solutions that help teams share data and communicate across various platforms and applications. He has also designed internet document web sites for use in litigation management of world-wide complex litigation. Paul is a certified Ringtail Casebook Administrator. Paul comes to JurInnov from Accenture, where he designed computer programs and applications that helped further his client’s business objectives.
