Electronic Discovery
JurInnov’s electronic discovery team is comprised of experts who specialize
in collecting, filtering, and processing electronic data in preparation
for litigation or in response to regulatory requests. Their IT
backgrounds, education and training facilitate even the most challenging
data collections, from geographically disperse computer systems to mining
data from out-dated email and document management systems.
Our experts use a combination of proprietary and
commercially available software to identify relevant documents and maintain
important file integrity, such as metadata. A powerful computer network,
built and maintained by the electronic discovery team, is utilized
to process the culled data to native or fixed image format in preparation
for loading into a document management and review platform,
such as Ringtail Legal. When the team is not working on
client projects, they are learning about new electronic discovery
technologies, speaking at CLEs and identifying ways to enhance the
electronic discovery process and add value to our clients.
