The authors, George Socha and Tom Gelbmann, developed service provider ratings based on survey responses drawn from 115 organizations which included the nation’s leading law firms, corporations and service providers. According to the survey, experience-based rankings were judged by the “length and depth of the providers’ experience in the electronic discovery industry, the breadth and depth of the organizations’ service offerings, and their reputations.”
