JurInnov Announces Upcoming Speaking Engagements for Timothy Opsitnick

solutions for the legal and business communities, today announced the upcoming speaking engagement schedule for
Timothy M. Opsitnick, Senior Partner and General Counsel. Mr. Opsitnick will be co-hosting and
presenting a Continuing Legal Education ("CLE-) Lecture on "Financial Fraud and Computer Forensics- in
Cleveland, Ohio on 04 November 2005 as well as participating as a Keynote Speaker and Presenter at the
European Litigation Technology Conference in Geneva, Switzerland on 17-18 November 2005. These public
events are in addition to the variety of private educational engagements scheduled with JurInnov's corporate and law firm clients.
The "Financial Fraud and Computer Forensics-Lecture, which is co-hosted by BBP Partners LLC, is approved
for 3.5 CLE credit hours by the Ohio Supreme Court and will cover the following subjects: Commonly Used Fraudulent Reporting Schemes,
The Motivation of Fraud, Risk Factors, The Science of Computer Forensics, and An Attorney's Responsibility in Detecting and
Responding to Allegations of Fraud. Mr. Opsitnick will share valuable insight from his 20 years of experience as a litigator
and legal technology consultant. The Lecture will be held between 08:00 AM and 12:00 PM at the Union Club, 1211 Euclid Avenue,

Conference being held at Le Palace Hilton in Geneva,
Switzerland. Mr. Opsitnick will draw upon his
twenty years of experience as a litigator and consultant
to provide thoughtful insights regarding electronic
discovery within the United States and Europe and will
discuss the exponential growth of electronic data and
the liberal discovery of such information in United
States litigation despite privacy concerns.

About Timothy M. Opsitnick
Timothy Opsitnick is Senior Partner and General Counsel of JurInnov Ltd. Mr. Opsitnick,
a member of the Georgetown University Law Center Continuing Legal Education Advisory
Board, is at the forefront of practitioners addressing issues involved in the discovery
of electronic documents. He is currently a participant in the Sedona Conference's
Working Group Series on Best Practices for Electronic Document Retention and Production
and a contributor to the Working Group's White Papers. He is also a contributor
to the Working Group on Information Security Guidelines for Lawyers of the Information
Security Committee of the Section of Science and Technology Law of the American Bar
Association. Mr. Opsitnick was with the firm of Jones, Day, Reavis, and Pogue from 1986
until 2000, where he was a member of the Litigation and Product Liability sections.
His practice concentrated in the management of complex, multi-district litigation.
