Chicago, Illinois from April 20-22, 2006. In addition, he has authored
two articles featured in recent editions of The Cleveland Bar Journal,
the award-winning monthly publication of the Cleveland Bar Association.
These engagements are part of an educational program created for legal

About Timothy M. Opsitnick
Timothy Opsitnick is Senior Partner and General Counsel of JurInnov Ltd.
Mr. Opsitnick, a member of the Georgetown University Law Center Continuing
Legal Education Advisory Board, is at the forefront of practitioners addressing
