  • Is the answer the same for tape, disk and online backup?
  • Is there a difference if they are still “in system” or not?
  • What exactly are backup systems?
  • How do they store information and how and when do you search them?
  • What do you need to know about your client’s backup systems, and what questions do you ask to find out?
